Hyperscale Data Center
Phased Deployment of a Hyperscale Liquid Cooling Infrastructure for AI & Cloud Computing
Project Location
Project Overview
In 2024, BeeHe supported an AI and cloud computing service provider in the United States with the planning and deployment of a hyperscale liquid-cooled data center in Ohio. The project targeted a total cooling capacity of 10 MW, designed to support large-scale AI training and cloud computing workloads.
Given the scale and growth expectations of the facility, the customer required a phased deployment approach that allowed capacity to be added over time while maintaining system consistency and reliability.
Technical Challenges
1
Support for rapidly increasing rack-level power density driven by AI workloads
2
Requirement for a scalable, phased liquid cooling deployment strategy
3
Coordination of multiple liquid cooling subsystems across construction phases
4
Reliable commissioning prior to full production rollout
BeeHe Solution
BeeHe delivered a one-stop liquid cooling solution, covering system planning, equipment supply, and on-site execution. All subsystems were engineered to ensure compatibility across deployment phases and future expansion.
Commissioning & Trial Operation
BeeHe completed the liquid cooling system installation and supported the trial operation and commissioning phase. Performance validation ensured that the cooling infrastructure met design requirements before the data center entered full operational service.
