Deployment of liquid cooling CDUs

 Project Location

Project Overview

Between 2019 and 2023, BeeHe delivered multiple liquid cooling projects across Shanxi, Hangzhou, and Shenzhen, supporting both commercial cloud service providers and national-level research computing laboratories. The combined project scope reached a total cooling capacity of 8 MW.

The projects covered two distinct application scenarios:

1.Retrofit of existing air-cooled data centers to cold plate liquid cooling for internet and cloud service providers
2.New liquid-cooled data center deployment for a national advanced research institution

Technical Challenges

1

Upgrading live, operational air-cooled data centers without service interruption

2

Re-planning liquid cooling pipework within existing facilities

3

Integration of primary and secondary cooling loops

4

Requirement for long-term operational support and maintenance

BeeHe Solution

For Cloud Service Providers
