Immersion Tank
The immersion tank is composed of a stainless-steel liquid tank, server guide rails, flow distribution plates, inlet and outlet pipelines, and an external metal enclosure.
The liquid-cooling CDU provides power through a circulation pump to overcome system resistance, continuously pumping the high-temperature medium in the tank into the heat exchanger at a constant pressure and flow rate, where heat is exchanged with the primary cooling medium and dissipated into the ambient air.
After cooling, the coolant is evenly supplied back into the tank through the supply pipeline. The coolant flows through the heat-generating components inside the tank, absorbing their heat. The heated medium is then collected into the return pipeline and flows back to the circulation pump inlet, forming a complete closed-loop cooling system.
