The Server Rack Emulator consists of 18 units of 1U simulated loads, 1 control box, 1 flow regulation module, 5 PDUs, a pair of rack-mounted manifolds (Rack Manifolds), and a standard ORV3 cabinet. Each 1U simulated load is based on NVIDIA CPU/GPU thermal source distribution TTVs paired with actual cold plate assemblies, enabling real-time monitoring of each CPU/GPU surface temperature.

Details

The Server Rack Emulator consists of 18 units of 1U simulated loads, 1 control box, 1 flow regulation module, 5 PDUs, a pair of rack-mounted manifolds (Rack Manifolds), and a standard ORV3 cabinet. Each 1U simulated load is based on NVIDIA CPU/GPU thermal source distribution TTVs paired with actual cold plate assemblies, enabling real-time monitoring of each CPU/GPU surface temperature. The control box serves as the central control system, capable of controlling the start/stop of each CPU/GPU in real-time. Combined with the flow regulation module, it can simulate different flow resistances.

◆ Uses NVIDIA-certified cold plate assemblies to simulate chip surface temperatures in real application scenarios.
◆ 7-inch display with PLC controller for real-time monitoring of each CPU/GPU simulated TTV surface temperature, heating power, and liquid flow rate.
◆ Modbus RTU & TCP/IP communication protocols.
