Inner manifold

The inner manifold is a flow distribution device designed for internal liquid cooling within servers, offering advantages such as lightweight, compact size, and corrosion resistance. The main structure is made of SUS304, assembled through brazing and welding processes. The fittings are made of SUS316, while the intermediate piping utilizes metal bellows. The system typically operates in a single-inlet, multiple-outlet flow distribution mode. Individual metal bellows sections are welded to the fittings and then secured to the chassis via threaded connections. Each branch is equipped with quick-disconnect couplings for connection to internal cooling units. The external interface adopts a floating module + quick-disconnect plug design, enabling blind-mate connections with the rack manifold, ensuring more convenient and faster installation.
