Skid-based Liquid to Liquid CDU
The Skid-based liquid-to-liquid CDU adopts a platform-based design, integrating control, pump power, buffering, and heat exchange functions into one unit. Through the circulation pump, the coolant is continuously pumped into the supply-side pipeline at constant pressure and flow rate. The coolant is evenly distributed to each server rack through the loop network pipeline. After absorbing heat from server nodes, the coolant flows back through the return-side pipeline and exchanges heat with the primary-side room cooling air through the CDU heat exchange module. The heat is then discharged into the data center environment and ultimately removed by the air-conditioning system.The cooled coolant returns to the circulation pump, is pressurized, and re-enters the supply-side loop, forming a closed-loop cooling circuit.

◆ SUS304 stainless steel piping, with high reliability and good coolant compatibility;
◆ Integrated real-time water quality monitoring module for online detection of pH, conductivity, and turbidity;
◆ 7″LCD touchscreen and PLC controller, integrating monitoring of temperature, flow, pressure, leakage, and liquid level;
◆ Supports Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IP, and SNMP communication protocols;
◆ Three-level alarm mechanism to assist operation and maintenance personnel in quickly locating system abnormalities.
