Rack-mounted Manifold (Rack Manifold)

The rack-mounted manifold is manufactured from stainless steel square tubing. The product integrates main inlet/outlet fluid interfaces, branch circuit inlet/outlet fluid interfaces, drain ports, and an automatic vent valve. It is installed on one side at the rear of the server rack or on both left and right sides. The main inlet/outlet interfaces connect to the CDU (Cooling Distribution Unit), while the branch interfaces connect to the liquid cooling plates inside the liquid-cooled servers via quick-disconnect couplings + hoses or blind-mate quick-disconnect couplings. During operation, the coolant enters through the left-side piping, evenly distributes through the branch circuits into each server cooling plate to absorb CPU/GPU heat, then flows into the right-side piping and finally returns to the liquid cooling CDU for heat dissipation.
