Active Rear Door Heat Exchangers are designed to dissipate heat from air-cooled components within server cabinets. They are installed on the rear door of a server cabinet via adapters and mounting frames, with a maximum heat exchange capacity of up to 75 kW. The RDHX integrates a control system that automatically adjusts the cooling water inlet flow rate and fan speed based on the outlet air temperature. The heat generated inside the server cabinet is transferred to the cooling water via the heat exchanger and then discharged to the external environment, enabling precise temperature control in the data center room. The inlet and outlet fluid connections utilize clamp-type connections for easy installation and maintenance. Adapters allow compatibility with various types of server cabinets.

 

PRODUCT FEATURES:

◆ Features thickened pure copper heat exchange coils, offering high pressure-bearing capacity and reliability.
◆ Special flow channel and heat exchange fin designs for lower flow resistance and higher heat exchange efficiency.
◆ Integrated control system monitors temperature, humidity, pressure, and leaks, with optional redundant power supplies. Automatically adjusts fan speed and inlet flow rate (flow control valve externally connected).
◆ Utilizes multi-axial-fans design with N+1 redundancy for safe operation, supports online maintenance, and provides low noise and high airflow.
◆ Equipped with built-in bottom casters for easy door operation, with an opening angle exceeding 90°.
◆ Modular design with adapters compatible with various cabinet types.
◆ Supports both top and bottom inlet/outlet connections to meet different application requirements.
◆ Designed to comply with UL/CE certification standards.
