The In-Row liquid-to-liquid CDU integrates control, pump power, buffering, and heat exchange functions into a single unit. Through a circulation pump, the coolant with constant pressure and flow rate is continuously delivered to the supply-side pipeline and evenly distributed to server cabinets via the looped piping network.

The In-Row liquid-to-liquid CDU integrates control, pump power, buffering, and heat exchange functions into a single unit. Through a circulation pump, the coolant with constant pressure and flow rate is continuously delivered to the supply-side pipeline and evenly distributed to server cabinets via the looped piping network. After absorbing heat from server nodes, the cooling medium flows back through the return-side pipeline and exchanges heat with the primary-side coolant through the CDU heat exchange module. The heat is then transferred to the external environment. The cooled medium returns to the circulation pump, is pressurized, and re-enters the supply-side loop, forming a closed-loop cooling system.
