The In-Row air-to-liquid CDU (Sidecar) integrates control, pumb power, buffering, and heat exchange systems into a single unit. Through a circulation pump, coolant with constant pressure and flow rate is continuously delivered to the supply-side pipeline and evenly distributed to each rack via a data center manifold.After absorbing heat from server nodes, the coolant flows back through the return-side pipeline and exchanges heat with the primary-side room cooling air through the CDU heat exchange module. The heat is then discharged into the data center environment and ultimately removed by the air-conditioning system.The cooled coolant returns to the circulation pump, is pressurized, and re-enters the supply-side loop, forming a closed-loop cooling circuit.

◆ 7-inch LCD touch screen with PLC controller and integrated monitoring of temperature, flow rate, pressure, leakage, and liquid level.
◆ Supports Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IP, and SNMP protocols.
◆ Three-level alarm mechanism for rapid fault diagnosis.
